Getting To Montauk

By Car, from New York City

  1. Get on the Long Island Expy
  2. Take exit 68 for Wm Floyd Pkwy/County Hwy-46 toward Shirley
  3. Merge onto County Rte-46/William Floyd Pkwy
  4. Take the ramp onto NY-27 E
  5. Turn left at Montauk Hwy/NY-27
  6. Turn left at Main St/Montauk Hwy/NY-27, Continue to follow Montauk Hwy/NY-27
  7. Turn left at S Lake Dr
  8. The crows nest will be to your immediate right

By Train, from Penn Station or Jamaica Station

When you arrive in montauk, you can either take a cab to your hotel, or maybe even walk. As you see in the map below, it's only about 20 min to the center of the town.
